Fan Mail and Letters to the Editors

With increasing frequency, we are discreetly contacted by email or phone by aggrieved Calaveras County citizens and/or business owners who also allege they too have been the victims of concerted efforts to suppress their business ventures by both the Calaveras County government and colluded business bureau leadership personnel.  

We review their issues and, sometimes, will speak to or meet with the aggrieved party, the latter being far more infrequent than the former. 

Without permission, we cannot, and will not, post submitted commentary pertaining to allegations of exclusionary collusion, conflicts of interest and cronyism, due to the fact the issues may be so egregious, we almost always redirect those willing to contact us to seek legal counsel, redirect them to State or Federal law enforcement agencies… or suggest they run for public office, or all of the above. 

Many, if not all, individuals who reach out to Calaveras2024Election.com feel so incredibly cowered, fearing for the safety of their home, family, business ventures, and personal and professional reputations, they will not put their name on any documentation criticizing the Calaveras county supervisors and administrative staff, and/or business bureau leadership, for fear of malicious and concerted retribution and/or retaliation. 

We encourage anyone to speak out if they believe, or have evidence of, they are being subjected to willful suppression of their innovative entrepreneurial ideas and business ventures through threats and intimidation, by those in unchecked power. 

If you do submit a letter, oped or critique to us, citing justifiable and verifiable complaints, allegations, reports, findings and/or observations of public or government malfeasance and/or corruption, due to the behavior and/or actions of those in or apart of Calaveras county government, the Board of Supervisors, and/or any business bureau, we’re more than happy to publish your statement with your identity concealed, if given permission. 

Calaveras2024Election.com alleges the Calaveras county government does not implement any form of Ethics and Oversight and Checks and Balances, as it, allegedly, does not employee or maintain, respectively, an employee or Internal Affairs department dedicated to the implementation and enforcement of Public Integrity. 

No one can denigrate you unless you allow it. 

If you are unwilling to speak up, the denigration will continue.
